Bias in Artificial Intelligence

Our everyday lives are affected by a wide variety of subtle factors which we may not be aware of. Some of them can completely change somebody's life. It can be difference between getting a job or not, receiving a loan or having it rejected...

In all of these matters there has been cases of an Arti cial Intelligence taking these life changing decisions. The big deal is when we realise that these Arti cial Intelligence can be as biased as actual human beings (or even more!), resulting in discrimination.
